If you were using chi-node70.websitehostserver.net for any bookmarks, email server settings, cPanel or FTP connections, you must change this to chir109.websitehostserver.net
Customers not using our mail, or using their domain name and SSL to connect with our servers, should not need to make any changes to their settings.
Please note, DNS may still take a few hours to globally propagate. Once you have updated any necessary settings, if you still cannot connect to your website, email, or cPanel please contact us at email@example.com.
LOOKING FOR A WAY TO AVOID SERVER NAME CHANGES?
Adding an SSL Certificate, and connecting web and mail to our servers with your domain name, allows you to avoid making updates when our server name changes. New hosted domains with TSC are required to activate an SSL Certificate on package set up.
Starting in 2022, we will begin the process to move all existing web hosting customers on TSC servers to a Free Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate.
Contact Hosting Support and inquire about adding a FREE Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate to your hosting package.
