Brightspeed Fiber Cut

Please be advised that there is a fiber cut that has occurred which is affecting some of our phone customers’ ability to call 911 or possibly other call patterns. We are working with our upstream carrier, brightspeed (as it is their fiber line), to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, they have not been able to give us an estimated time of repair.
