On October 20th, 2016 we will be applying an adjustment to our e-mail server to increase the existing throttling settings. This change is being made to provide greater security to the server and our customers.
Some customers may encounter threshold limits. If this happens, they will receive the following error message “Your IP address has been restricted due to heavy usage.
To resolve this, enable SMTP authentication in your email client to send mail.
