We are writing to inform you of the following scheduled maintenance window. If you have any questions regarding this announcement, please contact hosting_support@telserco.com, referencing the notice below:
On June 10th, 2017 we will be performing server hardware and software maintenance across all servers. During this time, web sites may be offline or unreachable between the hours of 1AM and 3AM as we roll out new hardware.
During this upgrade, we will be improving core server hardware including: CPU, memory, hard drive storage. In addition we will be applying standard maintenance updates to MySQL, PHP, Perl and cPanel.
In addition, our servers will be migrating to a new core IP of 184.154.30.186
For most of you, this change will be invisible. However if you have opted to host your DNS elsewhere, please verify what IP you see when contacting your site, and make necessary DNS changes before contacting us.
