Verizon Wireless Outage and Restoration

At approximately 11:00 AM on Friday, September 29th, Verizon began to experience issues with wireless calling to all phone companies in the region.  Verizon did not get answer supervision, which means, to our customers, the call did not cut all the way through.   Some customers were getting one way audio, but some were getting dropped out to a recording that says the call cannot be completed.

Verizon has reported that all services affecting wireless calling have been resolved.  If you continue to find you are having issues, it may not be related to this incident, and we encourage you to open a trouble ticket at 419.739.2200.
