Autopayment Processing Issue

To our loyal customers:

Today, there was a Global issue with a 3rd party autopayment processing vendor that caused some of our customers to incur multiple charges on their respective accounts.  The Federal reserve was involved in this issue and has issued a reversal of the transactions that occurred.   Our customers’ accounts should look as though nothing happened as the transactions will go in and out as a “wash.”   We were advised that this will be completed today, and NO FEES should be incurred by our customers.   We appreciate your patience while we rectify this problem today.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact one of our offices.
