If you are hosting your domain with TSC, and need assistance, please send a support request directly to hosting_support@telserco.com or fill in the support form below.  ALL REQUESTS must include your domain name, a copy of any error messages you are receiving, and a working email that support can use to reach you.

If you are having email issues, please use an external account such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc. so that we can respond to you and resolve your issue.  Technical support is provided via email only!

If you are having problems with your bright.net account or an @bright.net email, please contact bright.net Support at 800-743-5707, Web Hosting Support is unable to assist.
