[12-18-07] THE BIG 10 NETWORK IS COMING TO TSC IN JANUARY 2008!

The Big Ten Network covers both athletic and academic content of the Big Ten member institutions on a national level. It showcases a variety of sports as well as original programming produced by the conference’s eleven institutions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! TSC will be airing the Big Ten Network on channel 71 in the basic cable lineup in both Wapakoneta and St. Marys.

[06-29-07] HANSON COMMUNICATIONS COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF TSC

Wapakoneta, Ohio, June 29, 2007 Hanson Communications announced today that it has completed its previously intended acquisition of TSC. With the sale of TSC finalized, Hanson now owns seven ILEC’s, including Clara City Telephone Company, Mt. Rushmore Telephone Company, Sacred Heart Telephone Company, Starbuck Telephone Company, Fort Randall Telephone Company, the Zumbrota Telephone Company and Telephone Service Company. [02-20-07] LIME NETWORK DISCONTINUES PROGRAMMING

Effective February 25, 2007, the LIME Network will cease their linear channel signal and will no longer broadcast their programming as of February 25, 2007. The LIME Network is channel 249 in the TSC digital lineup.

[01-18-07] FOX 25, IMPROVED PICTURE QUALITY

TSC has completed the installation of a direct fiber optic cable connection between the FOX 25 studio control room and TSC’s Cable system. The direct connectivity will eliminate all off-air interferences and if the FOX 25 transmitter would go off the air due to a power outage, there will be NO disruption of their broadcast for any TSC customers.
