Advanced iCentrex system features:
WebPortal: Are
you interested in saving time and becoming more efficient? Then the
WebPortal is for you. Web based and
available to any Internet enabled computer the WebPortal will allow
you to manipulate
the commonly
used features of your iCentrex phone
line. All aspects of your voice mail box are
available plus a multitude of
call management features. You can create in depth time of day routing/forwarding
schemes. Also based on Caller ID, forwarding of different callers to
different destinations is as easy as a click away. Basically the only
limit to your forwarding ability is your imagination.
Integrated
and unified voice messaging (Voice Mail): Every phone
in the entire enterprise will have access to a fully integrated
voice
mail box. Not only do you get the normal visual "message waiting" indicators,
you will have several ways of accessing your voice mail box. Using
the “WebPortal” and any internet connected computer, you
can playback your messages through the PC speakers or the speaker of
your iCentrex phone. Saving and deleting these messages can also
be preformed through the same WebPortal. Maybe you choose to have your
incoming messages delivered or copied to another
e-mail address. These messages come as standard “.wav” files
averaging ~400KB, or as smaller compressed files if desired. Containing
the Caller ID(when available)
of the calling party, these e-mails can be delivered to virtually any
e-mail address.
Conferencing: Both
Ad-Hoc and Meet Me conferencing are available to all, or only designated,
users of the system. Create on-demand conferences
either through your iCentrex phone, any other phone or the WebPortal.
This makes remote setup of conferencing possible 24hrs a day anywhere
in the world. Based on usage, your conferencing charges will appear
itemized on your monthly statement.
Reassignment: Long
gone are the days of having someone in your tech department move
a phone extension. Even new phone installation is a
snap. The iCentrex system phones use your existing network connections
and can even share an Ethernet connection with your existing workstations
or PCs. For more temporary moves, maybe you don’t want to physically
move anything. In that case, use the reassignment feature between like
phones and with a few simple keystrokes its done. These features
are all password protected to eliminate the hassle of pranksters;
giving you secure and labor less management of your phone system.
Virtual
Fax: Find it a pain to get up and go get that Fax all
the time? With a Virtual Fax from iCentrex you can receive your
Faxes
right into an e-mail box for mass distribution or remote viewing. These
Faxes contain a standards based TIFF image for each page you receive.
Similar services charge by the page for this service, so not only are
you paying for the cover page, but any junk faxes you receive add to
your bill. iCentrex charges by the "virtual" fax line, so you buy
based on what your call expectations are. Similar to the concept
of a physical fax
line, anyone
calling above your allotted number of virtual lines will receive a
busy signal. Unlike conventional Fax though, you can expand your
lines
and
fax machines
with a simple request to a sales rep. Plus Virtual Fax gives you
a reliable and cost effective ability to provide multiple Fax machines
to multiple departments with out the capital cost and maintenance issues
inherit to conventional faxing. Options for outbound faxing are available
on case by case basis, just ask your iCentrex sales representative.
