Please have your domain name, a description of your problem, and a copy of any errors available when contacting us. Most issues can be responded to and resolved in less than 24 hours. Technical support is provided for setup and cPanel component installation only. We are unable to assist with 3rd party code and programs.

cPanel is a robust hosting management and development interface. For information on the use of cPanel, a full resource of instructional videos are provided in your cPanel Manager by selecting Help and scrolling down to Help Links.

DNS and domain changes can take up to 24-48 hours to go into effect. For your safety, domains registered with us are locked and unable to be transferred to a new provider without proper notification. Changing your name servers to a new provider, or transferring your domain registration, does not constitute as notification of cancellation of service.

DNS & HOSTING LINKS

TSC uses the following two name servers for hosting resources. Customers wishing to host with TSC should point their domain registrar name servers to these locations:

ns1.telserco.com
ns2.telserco.com

If you are NOT USING TSC FOR DNS or cannot point your names servers to us, please let us know before we set up your account. This will take some extra effort on both parts to get working and we want to make this clear before doing so.

Once DNS is configured and propagated, the following locations will be available for your access. Please remove "yourdomain.com" and replace it with your actual domain name to reach the site.

www.yourdomain.com - your web site
ftp.yourdomain.com - for use with FTP (File Transfer)
cpanel.yourdomain.com - your cPanel login
webmail.yourdomain.com - your web based e-mail
webdisk.yourdomain.com - an optional web based storage location

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Customers using any hosting services offered by TSC agree to be obligated by and must comply with all policies in this TOS or must otherwise opt out of and cancel their web hosting service with TSC. TSC retains the sole discretion to make judgment regarding any violation by any TSC customer and may take action against any customer deemed to be in violation of these terms including the cancellation of any customer services without refund and/or, if deemed appropriate, be legally prosecuted.
