Premium "Unlimited" Package

Unlimited Service for pennies month. Our Unlimited Service offers the convenience of everyday usage without the worry of overtime charges. While we do not track the hours used on an unlimited account, bright.net does have an acceptable usage clause and that is defined below.

"Acceptable use defines an unlimited account as the ability to connect multiple times during a given month. It does not feature a constant, uninterrupted connection. Unlimited dial-up accounts are on-demand, temporary connections to the Internet. Active usage, when the account owner is continually inputting and receiving data, is allowed. Using "keep-alive" programs, such as frequent automated email checks to keep accounts active, while you are not interacting, is not acceptable use. bright.net/Ohio reserves the right to terminate any account, that in its sole judgment, is violating either the written or the spirit of "acceptable use".

Basic "Lite" Package

Not looking for unlimited access, our basic or "lite" package gives you 30 hours of connectivity each month. With our basic or "lite" package, you will receive 25MB of web space, NitroDial web accelerator, SPAM and Virus filtering, 24/7 technical support and one email address with your package. There's no need to worry about overtime charges, because with our basic package, when you reach your 30-hour threshold for the month, the account automatically shuts off. This package is just right for a user who needs email access and does light surfing on the Net.
