Technical Support is unable to handle billing and sales questions, including package upgrades and domain registration or DNS. For questions or assistance on these topics, please use the billing, sales or hostmaster options below.
DNS & Domain Registration:

DNS and domain changes can take up to 24-48 hours to go into effect. Domains registered with us are locked and unable to be transferred to a new provider without proper notification. Changing your name servers to a new provider, or transferring your domain registration, does not constitute as notification of cancellation of service.
Customers canceling service must contact sales@brighthosting.net or billing@brighthosting.net to stop billing.
