NICKEL GAZETTE

The Nickel Gazette newsletter is a quarterly publication, featuring all things residential at TSC.  Every January, April, July and October customers receive a copy of the Nickel Gazette with their monthly invoice.

There are some regular features to watch for with each new issue.  On the front of the Nickel Gazette in the right-hand column, we always include the addresses for both the Wapakoneta and St. Marys offices, as well as the local phone and fax numbers.Below the addresses are the days and hours TSC is open and the direct number for the help desk, to report any trouble you are experiencing with your phone, cable or Internet.  The bright.net technical support number and the after-hours customer service numbers are next and you can speak with a representative after 5pm and before TSC opens at 8am the following day whenever it is needed.  At the bottom, we have included our web address, telserco.com, our Facebook address, facebook.com/telserco and the email address to our Marketing department.

Above the contact information, we will include any pertinent date information for you to note, such as days when TSC will be closed or a pending deadline for something like changes to the local Auglaize County Directory.

The main articles on the front page are reserved for residential service information at TSC.  You may have noticed our Total Talk Bundles featured here, or information about our Birthday and Customer Service Celebrations.

On the back of the Nickel Gazette, we always have a reader contest called "answer & win with TSC".  If you read your Nickel Gazette, you will find the answer to the quarterly contest question and then you may submit it to marketing@telserco.com, for a chance to win a prize!  Right below the contest question, we feature the winner of the previous contest and the prize that he or she received.

Don't miss a chance to save with the special on the back of the Nickel Gazette.  We like to run a "secondary special", in addition to the regular monthly special, for bonus savings during the Nickel Gazette months.  For example, the winter special in the January 2012 Gazette was free DVR service for 30 days when you added an additional Set Top Box in your home!
