Every phone on the iCentrex system will have access to a fully integrated voicemail box. Not only will users have the normal visual indicators on their telephone, but if the user has a PC messages come as standard ".wav" files so they can be delivered to any email box. So messages can be played back utilizing the PC speakers or the telephone whichever is more convenient.
